Our First Floor rooms are situated – as the name suggests – upstairs and are slightly more spacious than our Ground Floor rooms.  The bay window seats can be converted into an extra bed for a 3rd person sharing, as long as that person is no taller than 1.6m/5.2ft.  Choice of Queen size or twin (two single) beds, en-suite bathroom with shower only.  All our First Floor rooms have air-conditioning, coffee- and tea making facilities, TV with limited satellite channels and Wifi.
